Our gluten free dough is weighed and pressed on a separate table in our kitchen.
When an allergy is marked, we use clean toppings that have not been exposed on the pizza line whenever possible.
Your pizza will be cooked in a gluten-safe gas oven, which produces a slightly different finish than our wood-fired oven.
